To accredit a distance activity in Spain you have to explain how participants' access is controlled and how they are assessed.
That is what GestCampus records by default: each professional logs in with their own account, reads with a minimum time and takes a different assessment on every attempt.
What accreditation asks for

Cross-cutting training for teams from different professional categories.
Programmes for members of professional associations and societies seeking continuing-education credits.
How GestCampus covers it
Each professional logs in with a one-time code sent to their email. Every session is recorded with date, time, IP and device.
Reading time only counts while the course tab is in view.
A question bank per course, limited attempts, a pass mark and a time limit. Every attempt is different and is stored with its answers.
Sessions, reading, attempts and diplomas can't be deleted or altered by mistake. They're kept for as long as your accreditation requires and exported whenever needed.
Each professional can message their tutor from the course and the tutor sees their group's progress.
No. Accreditation is granted by the body in your autonomous community. GestCampus gives you what the application asks you to describe: how access and participation are controlled and how learners are assessed, with the records that prove it.
The rules require at least five years for the learner register. In GestCampus the evidence can't be deleted or altered by mistake: it's kept for as long as your accreditation requires.
Yes. They see their progress by unit and their attempts and, on passing the course, receive a diploma with a code anyone can check on the public verification page.
Tell us what training you deliver and we'll prepare a proposal tailored to your centre: your courses, your hours and your learners, with a working demo.
