Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of use set out the conditions governing browsing of the Site and the use of its content and tools. Accessing the Site confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Site.
Correct use of the site
Users undertake to use the Site, its content and its tools diligently, lawfully and in good faith. In particular, they undertake to:
- Not use the Site for unlawful purposes or effects, contrary to these Terms or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
- Not enter false data, third-party data without authorisation, or offensive, defamatory content or content contrary to applicable law.
- Not carry out actions that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use (introduction of malware, attempted unauthorised access, mass extraction of content, etc.).
- Not impersonate other users or third parties.
GestCampus reserves the right to block access to the Site for users who breach these Terms, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate.
User accounts and access to the platform
Some GestCampus features require the creation of a user account. On registering, users warrant that the data provided is truthful, accurate and current, and undertake to keep it up to date.
- Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for safeguarding them and for all activity carried out from their account, and undertake to report without delay any unauthorised access or loss of credentials.
- Access to the platform is intended for professional use by persons of legal age.
- GestCampus may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, with prior notice to the user except in cases of justified urgency.
- Users may request closure of their account at any time through the contact channels indicated; closure does not affect obligations already accrued.
Use of the platform’s applications and services
The virtual campus and its tools are a means of delivering and certifying training. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the particular terms of a service:
- Training content, its accuracy and its academic or professional validity are the exclusive responsibility of the centre, academy or organisation delivering it.
- Diplomas, certificates and accreditations generated from the platform are issued and backed by that centre, not by GestCampus.
- The centre is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it enters or uploads to the platform, including the personal data of its learners, acting in respect of it as data controller.
- Centres are advised to keep their own copies of records and certificates; the service is provided «as is», without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual and industrial property
«GestCampus» is a registered trade mark owned by Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. (in incorporation). The original content of the Site (texts, trade marks, logos, images, design, source code and other resources) is owned by Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. or by third parties who have authorised its use. All rights are reserved. Reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication of such content, in whole or in part, is not permitted without the owner’s prior written authorisation, except for uses permitted by law.
Disclaimer of liability
The content of the Site is informational and indicative. GestCampus endeavours to keep the published information up to date and accurate but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the suitability of the content for particular purposes. To the extent permitted by law, GestCampus is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the Site, from misinterpretation of the information or from the inaccuracy of data provided by the user. Nor does it guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site, access to which may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond its control.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services (for example, payment providers, official documentation or other tools in the ecosystem). GestCampus does not control and is not responsible for the content, practices or privacy policies of those third parties. Always review the notices and policies of the linked services.
Changes
GestCampus reserves the right to modify these Terms of use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of use are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts of Tarragona, except in cases where consumer protection legislation mandatorily establishes another jurisdiction.
